This edition includes the new consolidated texts of the EU Treaties after their amendment with the Treaty of accession of Croatia. It also includes the Protocols and the declarations which are part of the Treaties, the Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union with the explanations.

Съдебната практика в третото издание е значително допълнена. Критериите за нейния подбор са прецизирани, а обемът й – разширен. Добавен е и нов раздел, посветен на защитата на основните права и Хартата на основните права в ЕС.

The case law in the third edition is considerably expanded. It is complemented by a new chapter focused on the protection of the fundamental rights in EU and the Charter.
